Power Platform Pre-Sales Engineer

110k–130k Benefits – Remote (US-Based)

I’m working with a fast-growing Microsoft Solution Partner that’s scaling its Power Platform practice and investing heavily in pre-sales excellence. They’re now seeking a skilled Power Platform Pre-Sales Engineer to drive customer engagement, deliver impactful demos, and align technical solutions to business needs – ensuring a smooth handover from sales to delivery.

This consultancy places a strong emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and work-life balance. You’ll be joining a dynamic team of Microsoft experts, influencing digital transformation strategies across enterprise clients while working fully remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Support the full sales cycle by conducting product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and technical presentations.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client challenges and design tailored Power Platform solutions.

  • Position the value of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents within customer scenarios.

  • Build proof-of-concept solutions to showcase platform capabilities and differentiate from competitors.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders.

  • Document solution architecture for a seamless transition to delivery teams.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to roadmap planning and client engagement strategies.

Experience
  • 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).

  • Demonstrated success in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or client-facing technical role.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level and business stakeholders.

  • Experience creating demos, proof of concepts, or technical showcases to highlight business value.

  • Understanding of Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Azure integrations.

  • Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives, with a consultative mindset.

  • Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600) desirable.

  • Competitive base salary of 110k–130k USD plus bonus potential.

Location

This is a fully remote position available to candidates anywhere in the US. Occasional client travel may be required and will be fully expensed.
