Director of Corporate Property needed in South West London Paying  £483 per day ref 1639322

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of corporate property strategies, including carbon reduction and estate optimisation.
• Oversee a property portfolio with a total budget of approx. £217m, including £44m commercial income and £31m non-pay costs.
• Advise senior officers and elected members on all property matters, including legislative changes and best practice.
• Drive commercial opportunities and investment planning to maximise returns and diversify the estate.
• Ensure statutory compliance, health and safety, and accessibility across all properties.
• Lead the Corporate Health & Safety team and ensure robust systems are in place.
• Deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose accommodation for services.
• Embed performance monitoring and reporting across the property function.
• Champion inclusive leadership and support the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion ambitions.
