• Resident service ops manager with leasehold experience needed in Harrow
• Hybrid role
• Temporary initially for 6 months to be reviewed
• Can you outline your experience of calculating and collecting service charges from leaseholders? How did you ensure that service charge calculations were accurate.Can you outline your experience in dealing with major works billing specifically in relation to issuing/calculating invoices for leaseholders as well as the steps you undertook to recover any outstanding charges.
