The successful candidate will assist within a fostering team, supporting all aspects of foster carer recruitment. Key responsibilities include planning and attending local events, providing information about the different types of fostering available, and following up with potential applicants to discuss their interest. The successful candidate will enjoy working with people, be confident representing at public events, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in marketing and campaigns is desirable, as the role will focus heavily on outreach, public engagement, and promotional activities.
