Adult Social Care Paralegal needed in Wolverhampton

The rate is £25.00ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will independently hold a caseload of Community DOLS. They will be preparing and reviewing documents, statements and orders for the purpose of court proceedings and will be providing advice where necessary.

They will be undertaking legal research, supporting solicitors, instructing Counsel and negotiating fees as well as preparing Bundles.
