D365 Business Central Project Manager – 130k Bonus – Remote (US-Based)

A Microsoft Gold Partner is hiring a Business Central Project Manager to lead implementation projects from start to finish. You’ll join a people-first consultancy that values collaboration, transparency, and long-term client success.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering D365 BC projects across multiple industries, working closely with both technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage BC implementation projects from discovery to post-go-live

• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope

• Coordinate resources and support delivery teams

• Maintain regular communication with clients and project sponsors

• Help shape internal delivery methodology

Experience

• 4 years’ experience managing ERP projects

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills

• Microsoft Partner experience is highly desirable

• PMP or equivalent certification a plus

Salary
Up to 130,000 bonus and benefits including healthcare, PTO, and remote flexibility.

Location
Remote – US-based. Some travel may be required for go-lives.
