Job Title: Dynamics CRM Data Migration Specialist (Dataverse) – 6 Month Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Data Migration Specialist to support a critical migration project. This is a 6-month contract with a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dataverse and a strong track record in planning, executing, and validating complex CRM data migrations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, CRM administrators, and IT teams to ensure a seamless and accurate transition of data from legacy systems into Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and validate data migrations into Dynamics 365 CRM using Dataverse
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency
• Develop and maintain mapping documentation, scripts, and migration tools
• Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality
• Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment as needed
• Validate migrated data, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrections before go-live
• Support post-migration audits, reporting, and reconciliation activities
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to CRM administrators and project teams

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM data migration projects
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse and data import/export functionality
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation techniques
• Experience with data cleansing, deduplication, and validation
• Proficiency in tools such as Power Query, Dataflows, SSIS, or KingswaySoft
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
