Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant & Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant – Malta

Pearson Carter is proud to partner with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner in Malta as they continue to grow their Dynamics 365 practice. We are hiring for two separate consultant roles:

1. Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant – Salary up to €55,000
2. Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant – Salary up to €45,000

Both roles offer an exciting opportunity to work on impactful digital transformation projects across various industries, within a fast-growing and ambitious organisation.

Role 1: Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV)
• Collaborate with clients to understand financial and operational business processes
• Design, configure, and customize Business Central solutions to meet client needs
• Prepare and conduct testing and training sessions for end users
• Support clients through go-live and post-implementation phases

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Central or Dynamics NAV consulting
• Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and ERP business processes
• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training
• Excellent English communication skills; Maltese is a plus

Salary:
Up to €55,000 per annum, depending on experience

Role 2: Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead CRM and Power Platform projects including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Work closely with clients during discovery and pre-sales to capture business requirements
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
• Lead testing, training, and support activities to ensure successful adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution architects and developers

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform consulting
• Strong understanding of customer engagement processes and CRM best practices
• Proven skills in requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and training
• Excellent communication skills in English; Maltese language skills advantageous

Salary:
Up to €45,000 per annum, depending on experience
