Full time hours on a temporary basis

• As a Homeless Housing Coordinator, you will:

  • Deliver a quality housing options service, offering advice and casework to prevent homelessness in line with the Housing Act 1996 and subsequent amendments.
  • Process homelessness applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legislation and the Homelessness Code of Guidance.
  • Use all available prevention tools and resources to help sustain tenancies and secure suitable, affordable accommodation for those at risk of homelessness.
