Job Title: Business Systems Developer – D365 Business Central (BC) – On Site – Reno

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Developer to support the implementation and migration to the new D365 Business Central (BC) system. The role will include mentoring junior IT staff, collaborating with functional specialists, and working under corporate IT guidance to ensure a successful rollout.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation, migration, and ongoing administration of the D365 BC system.
• Oversee and mentor the junior IT staff member.
• Collaborate with functional specialists to deliver system rollout and enhancements.
• Ensure successful data migration, integration, and configuration of business processes.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI for Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Warehousing functions.
• Work closely with corporate IT teams for system alignment and best practices.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with business systems or ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Warehousing processes.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Proficiency in AL coding for D365 BC.
• Experience migrating from legacy on-premise systems.
• Proven track record in data migration and system integration projects.
