The successful candidate will provide expert configuration and implementation support for NEC Housing modules, ensuring business processes are optimised to leverage system capabilities and meet the needs. The role will sit between existing business and technical resources and focus on delivering robust solution designs, supporting the delivery of standard processes, and minimising bespoke development.

They will provide expertise and guidance on the use of NEC Housing modules to support business and technical resource understanding and decision-making and will transform user requirements into solution designs, producing technical specifications.
