• To assist in delivering an efficient cleansing service across the District, ensuring all staff and vehicles are compliant with all relevant legislation, policies and practices in relation to this specialist area of work including:

1. The supervision, motivation and development of the staff involved and .
2. The efficient and effective deployment and control of vehicles and other equipment and materials.
