The rate is £20.98ph PAYE

The successful candidate will work with a Principal Surveyor with primary responsibility for the maintenance of building services to properties of all types. It is expected that the post holder will have a general knowledge of a range of building services but will be a specialist in electrical services. The post holder will however also be expected to work on other property maintenance activities delivered by Estates & Facilities as workloads demand and appropriate to the post holders knowledge and abilities.
