Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing a high volume of enquiries, able to resolve issues efficiently, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming customer calls and email enquiries within agreed KPI timeframes.
- Handle verbal and written complaints professionally and promptly.
- Manage follow-up calls based on email or online form submissions.
- Support all after-sales, warranty, and service-related queries.
- Escalate issues to relevant internal teams when required.
- Log and update customer information and order details accurately.
- Track and process new orders, replacements, and refunds.
- Process payments and handle basic sales enquiries.
- Check product/service availability, pricing, and order status.
- Complete general customer service administration as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence building rapport with customers.
- Quick learner with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- High standard of spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
- Confident using computer systems, CRM tools, and order-entry platforms.
- Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
- Comfortable liaising with multiple internal departments to resolve queries.
