The successful candidate will support the effective recovery of outstanding debts owed to by undertaking proactive and targeted contact campaigns. Contribute to the delivery of collection strategies across all Revenues streams, including but not limited to Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefit Overpayments, and Sundry Debts ensuring that all interactions are professional, accurate, and in line with legislative requirements and policies.
