The Role
Pearson Carter is working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner based in Malta, expanding their Dynamics 365 Business Central team. They are seeking a customer-facing Functional Consultant with strong experience delivering end-to-end ERP solutions for third-party clients.

You’ll be working in a collaborative environment delivering high-quality solutions across industries such as finance, services, and logistics. This role offers the opportunity to work on full lifecycle implementations, directly engaging with clients from requirements gathering through to post-go-live support.

• Leading client workshops and gathering detailed business requirements

• Designing and documenting functional solutions across key modules

• Delivering end-to-end implementations from scoping to go-live

• Providing client training and post-implementation support

• Working closely with cross-functional delivery teams

• Modules covered: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing

• Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations

• Strong functional consulting background with IT service provider experience

• Experience working on third-party client projects, not solely internal systems

• Excellent communication skills and comfortable in customer-facing environments

• Experience across Finance (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets), Sales, Purchasing, and Warehousing

• Full end-to-end implementation experience is essential

• Bonus: Some technical understanding or hands-on capability

• Competitive salary up to €55,000 depending on experience

• Hybrid working model: 3 days per week in the Malta office
