Electrician needed in South East London Paying  £44,430k per annum ref OR11586

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and effectively.
• Install new electrical systems and equipment, and upgrade existing infrastructure.
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations, industry standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to protect staff, residents, and visitors.
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to deliver projects and resolve issues.
• Undertake inspection activities as directed and maintain accurate records.
• Work across a range of properties, including occupied homes, offices, and vacant buildings.
• Safely manage and maintain allocated tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a commitment to personal development.
