Strategic Property Surveyor needed in Grays Paying  £46.07 per hr ref OR17740

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic asset management across the property portfolio.
• Undertake valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and property negotiations.
• Manage acquisitions and disposals to support business objectives.
• Provide professional advice on property-related matters to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and industry standards.

Ideal Requirements

• MRICS qualification (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of property law, valuation, and asset management principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex property transactions and negotiations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
