Job Title:

Lead Software Engineer - 35 Lakh – 41 Lakh – Remote – Permanent role – India based

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join a Software Integrations team. In this permanent role, you will develop and maintain software integrations and applications for internal systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless enterprise-wide updates. You will build solutions in Microsoft Azure cloud using serverless technology, contribute to problem-solving and planning sessions, and work independently within a geographically dispersed team of collaborative professionals. This is a remote India-based role with occasional travel to Mumbai fully covered.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, DevOps, and other teams to design and implement solutions.
• Present design proposals and architectural decisions to leadership.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and incorporate feedback into planning and execution.
• Create and maintain high-level and low-level design and solution documents.
• Design, develop, and maintain new and existing integrations and applications.
• Mentor and support junior and senior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and perform unit and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
• Serve as a key support resource for integration solutions.
• Resolve complex programming issues.

Experience:

• 7 years of professional experience in software development.
• 2 years mentoring and supporting developers.
• Extensive experience with C# and .NET development.
• Skilled in modern front-end development using Angular (18) and TypeScript.
• Strong expertise in Azure integration services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).
• Proficient in API design and development, Azure API Management, and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Bicep), and Transact-SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, object-oriented programming, and software development best practices (SOLID principles, design patterns).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
• English proficiency at a full professional level.

Salary/Package:

• 35 Lakh – 41 Lakh per annum, based on experience and skills.
