• Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee cyclical maintenance programmes (e.g., gas servicing, electrical testing, fire safety checks).
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure works meet agreed standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and update compliance systems.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and legal obligations.
