Asset Surveyor needed in Nuneaton, £18.85ph PAYE - Reference: 5284417

Under the supervision of the Principal Building Surveyor, support the delivery and maintenance of a high quality and cost-effective asset management service.

Inspect assets to identify the root cause of damp and mould and develop an action plan for eradicating damp and mould from the property.

Complete Awaabs Law inspections, diagnose and provide reports on findings and make recommendations for remedial works

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
