Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Support the Principal Lawyer in managing and developing the Planning & Regeneration team.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 4–5 legal professionals.
• Handle a reduced but complex caseload, including planning agreements, highways law, regeneration projects, and compulsory purchase matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior officers, committees, and elected members.
• Deputise for the Principal Lawyer when required.
