About the Company

Our client, an international award winning law firm, are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join on a permanent basis.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager, and working with the wider recruitment team, you will provide recruitment support across the firm with a focus on lateral recruitment matters. Duties include:

  • Planning, logistics and coordination of recruitment and interviews
  • Schedule and manage diaries and calendars
  • Manage background checks and compliance
  • Screen applications and assist with feedback calls
  • Process invoices
  • Support with projects

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working in an administration role and have strong interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential. This is an exceptional opportunity to launch your recruitment career with a great team in the professional services area.
