About the Company
Our client, a leading global law firm with excellent culture and retention in HR, are looking for a Recruitment Manager on a permanent basis
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage, develop, and deliver end to end recruitment across business services hires, including both London and some international locations. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the recruitment life cycle for business service hires
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborating with HR on resourcing
- Team management and overseeing resources
- Championing direct sourcing practices and developing and implementing attraction strategies for candidates
- Managing relationships with key recruitment agencies regarding resourcing needs
- Advising on job and candidate specifications and strategic process improvements
- Projects and process improvement
Job Requirements
You will have significant experience of end to end recruitment in a professional services environment and strong stakeholder management skills. Candidates should have a degree as well as excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills. This role will suit a self-starter with a proven ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
