2nd/3rd Line Support Consultant – Fully Remote - £45,000 – Planned Progression to Functional Consultancy

Pearson Carter are currently recruiting a D365 BC Support Consultant for a highly reputable MS Gold Partner on a fully remote basis. Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service and technical support to customers.
• Deliver high level 2nd line support.
• Work on Small ISV Projects from a functional standpoint.
• Collaborate with 3rd Line Support/Development Teams.

Experience

• Experience delivering high quality 2nd line support essential
• You must have an MS partner background

Salary

• A salary of upto £45k is available

Location 

This role is fully remote.
