The successful candidate will provide a professional, effective, and efficient customer service with a strong focus on resolving enquiries at first contact. They will be responsible for interpreting, analysing, and disseminating information using a range of systems in a fast-paced and reactive environment, ensuring accurate recording and clear communication across multiple platforms.

They will give advice, manage expectations, and recommend appropriate resolutions, while liaising with external agencies when required. The role also involves closing incidents appropriately, distributing messages through various communication channels, and intelligently directing resources to ensure the most suitable and timely response.
