Job Title:
Senior D365 Software Developer (CE/BC) – Toronto – Full-Time (Hybrid or Remote)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer (D365 BC/D365 CE) to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a passion for developing and maintaining high-quality field service management solutions. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and ensure software development processes meet organizational standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new application features using C#, JavaScript, T-SQL, and Power FX.
• Create Dynamics 365 Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, JavaScript libraries, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate Flows.
• Maintain and enhance existing code and customizations.
• Customize and create Business Central code units, pages, tables, queries, and reports.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards.
• Design and implement scalable software solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with testers to ensure high-quality releases.
• Document software architecture, codebase, and development processes.

Experience:

• Proven experience with C#, JavaScript, T-SQL, AL, and Power FX.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Business Central development.
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate Flows.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
