Area Building Surveyor needed in Honiton, £17.59ph PAYE - Reference: 5285155

This is a temp contract for 12 months to help clear a backlog of cases slightly more complex in nature.

Surveying requirements may include:

• Escalated complaints,
• Disrepair
• Complex Repairs
• Compiling accurate and informative maintenance reports for escalated complaints.
• Repair cases that may involve issues slightly more complex in nature.
• Cases that have elements of structural requirements

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
