International Functional Consultant - D365 BC - (Remote from UK, Spain or Portugal) - €/£50k

I am currently recruiting  a Functional Consultant for a highly reputable French MS Gold Partner.  Our client presents an opportunity to work in a diverse international environment, with projects spanning 19 countries in 4 continents. You would be travelling internationally to clients, building relationships and connections across Europe and implementing bespoke D365 solutions.

Within the company is a wealth of experience and stability as they have operated for 35 years, and have a reputation for developing and progressing consultants.  

Responsibilities 

• Lead the implementation and functional configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) for SME and mid-cap clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Analyse and document client needs, producing detailed functional specifications to guide system setup and customization.

• Conduct integration testing, user training, and post-go-live support to ensure successful solution adoption.

• Participate in continuous solution improvement, adapting systems to evolving business practices and operational needs

Experience

• Proven experience implementing ERP solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.

• Expertise across at least one of the following modules: finance, sales, purchasing, and inventory management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a client-focused approach.

• B2 English, and open to international travel as part of project delivery.
