Business Applications Development Manager – D365 CE

A London-based organisation preparing for a major D365 CE upgrade and implementation. You’ll join a small, collaborative IT team and play a key role in modernising their Microsoft ecosystem.

• Lead and own the upcoming D365 CE transformation programme

• Advise the business and its Microsoft Partner on best-practice technical direction

• Modernise an outdated D365 environment with new modules and improved solutions

• Shape IT strategy and contribute to key architectural decisions

• Work closely with infrastructure, applications, PM, BA and data colleagues

• Technical leadership only — no direct reports

• 5 years’ D365 CE development/background

• Strong implementation and project delivery experience

• Ability to define technical standards and see the bigger picture

• Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps (Power Pages a bonus)

• Strong C#, .NET and JavaScript knowledge

• Not a hands-on coding role — you steer direction, partner delivers development

London Bridge — hybrid working (3 days onsite)
