Microsoft D365 F&O Technical Architect – Up to €65,000 Relocation Support – Malta

We’re partnering with a leading consultancy delivering large-scale digital transformation projects for international clients. As they expand their presence in Europe, they’re now hiring a Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Architect to take full ownership of technical architecture across enterprise implementations.

This is a senior, hands-on position where you'll lead the technical design and delivery of Microsoft D365 F&O solutions—guiding development teams, managing system integrations, and ensuring performance and scalability across complex customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations
• Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery process, ensuring best practices in performance tuning, scalability, and system integration
• Act as a technical authority and point of escalation for development teams
• Manage complex data integrations and customizations across multiple systems
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical requirements
• Support infrastructure planning, migration strategies, and QA governance throughout project lifecycles

Experience Required

• 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) technical architecture roles
• Proven track record leading the technical delivery of full-cycle D365 F&O implementations
• In-depth understanding of D365 F&O architecture, performance tuning, and customization frameworks
• Strong experience with system integration, infrastructure sizing, and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-700) are highly desirable

Salary Package

• Up to €65,000 per annum, based on experience
• Relocation support to Malta
