Maintenance Surveyor needed in Honiton, £22.87ph PAYE - Reference: 5285339

To provide day-to-day repair service to tenants and maintain the housing stock.

To manage the day-to-day repair/void contracts and contractors to a high standard providing high quality repair services. 

To support the Senior Technical Officer and other technical staff in achieving the priorities and objectives.

Need access to their own vehicle and ideally local and are required to have business insurance.  Ideally bring own tools.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
