Job Title: Salesforce Sales Cloud Functional Consultant - Boston, MA (onsite 5 days a week) – Up to 160K

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud Functional Consultant to join an expanding team, delivering impactful CRM solutions for key clients in the financial services sector. This high-priority role offers hands-on involvement in Salesforce implementations, system merges, data migration, and integration initiatives, allowing you to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Salesforce Sales Cloud landscape and define product roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Design and deliver CRM solutions, identifying gaps between current and desired states.
• Oversee Salesforce system merges, data migration, and integration initiatives.
• Work hands-on with existing Salesforce implementations to enhance functionality.
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to provide ongoing support.
• Manage and lead multiple vendor teams across onsite and offshore locations.
• Conduct workshops and regular connects with business leaders and IT executives.
• Report progress regularly and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Work onsite 5 days a week.

Experience / Qualifications:

• 8–12 years as a Salesforce Functional Consultant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud implementation, configuration, and integration.
• Expertise in system merges, data migration, and maintaining data quality.
• Strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture and integration tools.
• Knowledge of SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML for CRM development.
• Experience in banking and financial services.

Soft Skills & Leadership:

• Proven experience managing multiple vendor teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience conducting workshops and regular connects with business leaders and IT executives.

Salary / Package:
120,000 – 160,000 per year, plus:
