Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer – Up to 160K – 5 days onsite - Pittsburgh, PA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality Salesforce solutions on high-priority client projects. This hands-on role requires technical excellence, autonomy, and the ability to deliver impactful solutions from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices
• Ensure Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and technologies, integrating them into development processes
• Prefer configuration-first solutions using Flows
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to refine requirements and estimate user stories
• Support release deployments and post-deployment activities
• Debug logs and troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues
• Take ownership of solution design with minimal handholding

Experience & Skills:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Scheduled Jobs, Flows, LWC, Aura, and JavaScript
• Experience with API callouts, integrations, Custom Metadata, and Custom Settings
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and visibility settings
• Ability to debug production issues efficiently
• Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II and additional certifications are a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Salary / Package:

• 120,000 – 160,000 per year
