Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead – Service Cloud – up to 160K - Plano, TX – 5 days onsite

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead – Service Cloud to lead the technical delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives within the financial services domain. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, and team mentorship, providing the opportunity to make an immediate impact on high-priority projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
  • Oversee Salesforce architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
  • Drive hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
  • Lead Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.
  • Execute and guide technical debt remediation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce development teams.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements.

Experience & Skills:

  • 12–18 years in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and multi-org environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, Flow/Process Builder, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring Salesforce developers.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, middleware platforms, and API management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary/Package:

  • 120,000 – 160,000/year.
