Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead – Service Cloud – up to 160K - Plano, TX – 5 days onsite
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead – Service Cloud to lead the technical delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives within the financial services domain. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, and team mentorship, providing the opportunity to make an immediate impact on high-priority projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Oversee Salesforce architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Drive hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
- Lead Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Execute and guide technical debt remediation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce development teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements.
Experience & Skills:
- 12–18 years in Salesforce development and technical leadership.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and multi-org environments.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, Flow/Process Builder, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring Salesforce developers.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, middleware platforms, and API management.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Salary/Package:
- 120,000 – 160,000/year.
