A market-leading Private Equity House is seeking a diligent and committed Executive Assistant to support the Deal Team.  As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing high level, client-facing administrative support to a small number of Investment Directors.

 

Located in a stunning Central London office, the Executive Assistant will deliver extensive diary management with a strong focus on strategic scheduling and pre-empting needs.  The Executive Assistant will organise complex travel arrangements and corporate entertainment, manage the deal log, expense management, telephone coverage, formatting and updating PowerPoint and Excel documents, and conducting ad-hoc administrative tasks as they arise.

 

The Executive Assistant must have recently worked in Private Equity for a minimum of 2 years to be considered for the position, ideally in a front-office capacity supporting fee earners.

Skills/Requirements

  • Recent Private Equity Team Assistant/Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant experience for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and reliability in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, or project management platforms) is a plus.
