Customer Service Advisor needed in Liverpool Paying  £14.93 per hr ref OR20005

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries related to Occupational Therapy and Minor Adaptations.
  • Manage individual enquiries, complaints, and customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, helping achieve service targets and deliver best value.
  • Maintain confidentiality in line with data protection and information governance requirements.
  • Assist in delivering a customer-focused service and attend meetings as required.
  • Escalate issues to senior managers when necessary and support wider team objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with professionals, community resources, and other stakeholders to ensure services meet client needs.
  • Promote a positive image of the service and work as part of an integrated team.
