Building Control Officer needed in Rotherham

This is a temporary contract paying £22.20ph PAYE

The successful candidate will conduct 8–10 site inspections per day within the local area. Performing plan checking for projects outside the local area and ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards.

They will provide clear, accurate reports following inspections, will liaise with contractors, developers, and homeowners to resolve compliance issues and will support the team during permanent recruitment coverage.
