One of the Big 4 consulting firms is expanding its Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) practice in Malta and is looking to hire mid-level Technical Consultants to support large-scale, enterprise ERP transformations.

This is a hands-on developer role within a global consulting environment, offering exposure to complex D365 F&O implementations, modern cloud architecture, and long-term career progression within a top-tier firm.

As a D365 F&O Technical Consultant, you’ll sit within the delivery team working closely with functional consultants, architects, and clients to design and build high-quality technical solutions. This role is genuinely technical — focused on development, integrations, and modern best practices.

You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from build through to deployment, working on cloud-first D365 F&O solutions used by enterprise organisations.

• Hands-on development within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Build and customise solutions using X and extension-based development

• Work across any F&O modules (Finance, SCM, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)

• Develop and support integrations using modern Microsoft technologies

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and code quality standards

• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Use GitHub for version control, collaboration, and code management

• Gain exposure to Copilot and AI Agents as part of Microsoft’s evolving ERP stack

• Around 5 years’ experience in a technical development role

• Background as a D365 F&O / AX Technical Consultant or Developer, or:

• Strong .NET Developer based in Malta with a genuine interest in transitioning into D365 F&O

• Comfortable working in a consulting or project-based delivery environment

• Experience using GitHub in a professional setting

• Interest in modern Microsoft technologies, cloud, and AI-driven solutions

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in client-facing teams

Experience with Copilot, AI Agents, or Power Platform is a plus, but not essential.

• Salary between €40,000 – €48,000
