Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: West End, London
Salary: £47,000–£50,000 discretionary bonus
Contract: Permanent, full-time, office-based

 

We are delighted to be recruiting a facilities Manager for a professional services organisation based in London’s West End. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, hands-on professional who enjoys being visible, embedded in the business, and making a real difference to the workplace experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of a modern office environment.
  • Manage and support a Facilities Assistant, ensuring high standards across all FM services.
  • Work closely with Client Services and Front of House teams to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.
  • Take ownership of maintenance, repairs, office projects, vendor management, and Health & Safety compliance.
  • Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and efficient office environment for all employees and visitors.

 

About You

  • A professional, proactive Facilities Manager with relevant qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, and IWFM (or equivalent).
  • Experienced in facilities management within office-based environments, with strong organisational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
  • A collaborative and approachable team player who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to long-term growth and contributing to a culture known for its longevity and supportive ethos.

 

The Package

  • Salary: £47,000–£50,000 per annum.
  • Bonus: Discretionary.
  • Benefits: Excellent, comprehensive package.
  • Start date: ASAP.
