Microsoft Power Platform Developer – Up to 140K – Austin, TX – Hybrid (3 days in office)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a dynamic team in Austin, TX. In this full-time hybrid role, you will build, configure, and optimize enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. You will consult with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and help drive the design and implementation of business-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Independently consult with stakeholders to develop Power Platform solutions
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and optimize Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
• Support Dataverse environments, DevOps/ALM processes, and Power Platform administration
• Participate in the full change management lifecycle, including testing and deployment
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance to the team
• Stay current with emerging Power Platform trends and features

Experience

• 12 years of experience in software application support, administration, or development
• Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and connecting to various data sources/APIs
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
