About the Role
As a Public Health Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in improving the health and well-being of communities across Gloucestershire. Working closely with the Director of Public Health, you will help deliver core public health objectives, including:

• Reducing health inequalities
• Protecting and promoting health
• Enhancing the quality of local health and social care services

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and leadership on public health priorities
• Support the development and implementation of health improvement programs
• Contribute to emergency planning and health protection measures
• Work collaboratively with local authorities, NHS partners, and community stakeholders
• Use data and evidence to inform decision-making and drive outcomes
