A client delivering face-to-face campaigns is currently being represented in their search for one Customer Engagement & Event Sales Assistant to support live activity across Tampa. The role is based at retail events, pop-up stands, and promotional locations, where customer experience and sales outcomes go hand in hand.
This position suits someone who enjoys variety in their workday. Instead of repetitive tasks, the role involves meeting different people, adjusting communication styles, and creating positive first impressions that lead naturally into sales conversations.
What the Workday Feels LikeA typical day involves arriving at a scheduled event, helping set up the space, and welcoming customers as they approach. Conversations are relaxed but purposeful — explaining offers, answering questions, and helping customers make confident decisions.

Main Areas of ResponsibilityThe role centers around:
- Creating engaging, professional interactions at retail and promotional events

- Keeping event spaces organized and presentable
- Working toward daily engagement and sales goals without sacrificing customer experience
Compensation is paid weekly and includes base pay alongside commission and performance bonuses.
For this role, weekly earnings typically range between 700–850, reflecting campaign placement, hours worked, and individual contribution.
Training is provided before campaigns begin, with ongoing support to help the successful candidate develop confidence, communication skills, and long-term sales capability.
