Senior Director of Digital Experience – Hybrid – 40% Onsite

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Director of Digital Experience to lead the strategy, design, and optimization of our digital platforms. This role drives seamless, engaging, and customer-centric experiences across web, mobile, and digital services. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, guiding high-performing teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end digital experience strategy across websites, portals, CRM, LMS, mobile apps, and marketing automation systems.
  • Optimize processes and workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, or design-thinking methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce operational friction.
  • Drive UX/UI improvements, personalization, A/B testing, and conversion optimization to enhance customer journeys.
  • Oversee systems integration, automation, and data flow across platforms using APIs, iPaaS, or low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Identify outdated policies or approval chains and implement simplified, user-centered processes.
  • Implement journey analytics, usability testing, and conversational interfaces to reduce friction and enhance engagement.
  • Translate organizational strategy into actionable plans, metrics, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Experience / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in digital experience, UX, or technology leadership roles.
  • Expertise in CRM, ERP, ticketing, and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in process reengineering, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to leadership and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in supervising teams and driving organizational change.

Location:
Hybrid; approximately 40% on-site at our Headquarters in Lake Mary, FL.
