• Will have experience of dealing with a wide range of local authority litigation matters.
• Will be able to work independent and within a team
• Will possess excellent communication skills
• Be able to provide expert legal advice across a range of litigation matters
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skill
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
