Senior Business Analyst needed in Guildford, £18.80ph PAYE - Reference: 5287053

Senior Business Analyst who can bring both expertise and creativity to the role. 

You’ll  ideally have: 

• A proactive, self-starter with a commitment to continuously improve services for residents
• Highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and use insights to shape smarter strategies. 
• A strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing local government. 
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally in public sector or transformation settings 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high pressured environment, managing conflicting priorities

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
