Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and operational support to a dynamic team of 9 within Financial Services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings for a team of 9.
  • Support the team with international travel arrangements, including international trips.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with general office administration, reporting, and document management.
  • Help streamline processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
  • Strong diary management and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise confidently with international teams.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and flexible to occasional travel.
  • Positive, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
