Criminal Prosecutions Lawyer needed ref 000A B6F3 / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prepare a busy caseload of criminal prosecution files.
  • Conduct advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court and support Crown Court matters where required.
  • Advise on evidence, charging decisions, disclosure, and case strategy.
  • Work closely with enforcement teams, investigators, and external agencies.
  • Ensure all cases comply with the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act (CPIA), Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE), and relevant regulations.
  • Draft legal documents, witness statements, and case summaries.
  • Represent the organisation professionally in all court and client interactions.
