We are seeking an experienced Team Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to  C-suite executives and senior leadership teams within a leading insurance organisation. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and a strong background in insurance or financial services.

The Role

You will act as a trusted partner to senior executives, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities while also supporting wider leadership teams, coordinating internal and external events, and managing complex international travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, professional executive support to C-suite members and senior leaders
  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling across multiple time zones, and meeting logistics
  • Organise and manage international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
  • Prepare meeting packs, agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and organise leadership meetings, conferences, town halls, and corporate events
  • Handle travel arrangements and expenses efficiently and accurately
  • Support wider leadership teams as required, ensuring seamless administrative cover
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement at all times

About You

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant supporting senior executives
  • Essential: Background within insurance or financial services
  • Experience supporting C-suite or Executive Committee level stakeholders
  • Strong experience organising complex international travel
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, professional, and able to build relationships at all levels
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience organising events and large-scale meetings
