Senior Building Control Surveyor needed in South West London Paying  £318.96 per day ref 1682755

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 Key Responsibilities

• • Review plans for a broad range of construction projects to assess compliance with building regulations.
  • Conduct on-site inspections at key stages of construction to ensure all works meet statutory requirements.
  • Provide professional Building Control advice via phone, email, and in‑person consultations.
  • Inspect dangerous structures during normal working hours in line with legislative responsibilities.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours dangerous structures rota, responding to emergencies when required.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, documentation, and correspondence using internal systems.
  • Support the training and development of Trainee and Assistant Building Control Surveyors.
  • Assist the Principal Surveyor and Head of Building Control with wider team duties and service improvements.
